Proposed by the operator, pending counsel review.

1. What the platform is
UrbanMoto.eu connects riders with motorcycle workshops: finding a workshop, booking an appointment, following the repair and "My garage". Each workshop has its own pages on the platform and sets its own services, prices, free slots and conditions.
2. The repair contract is with the workshop
When you book an appointment or approve a repair, the contract is between you and the workshop. The operator is not a party to it and is not responsible for the quality, price, deadlines or warranty of the work; these are matters to settle with the workshop. The prices and slots shown on the platform are entered by the workshop.
3. Account
You can use the platform without an account. If you create one, keep your password and the sign-in links you receive by e-mail safe, and tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. You can delete your account in "My garage". The operator is the controller of the account itself (sign-in and identity data); the data of your bookings and repairs belong to each workshop as controller (Privacy notice, section 2).
4. Acceptable use
You may not: enter false data about other people; send bulk or automated requests; try to bypass the site's protections or reach other people's data; post offensive or unlawful content in reviews and messages. We may restrict access after a breach.
5. Reviews
Only a customer with a completed order can leave a review. The workshop and the operator may hide a review that breaches section 4.
6. Intellectual property
The software, design and the UrbanMoto brand belong to the operator. Workshop photos and texts belong to the workshop.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site running without interruption but do not guarantee it; planned maintenance breaks are possible. The operator is liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence; beyond that, its liability for the free use of the site is excluded to the extent the law permits. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not limited.
8. Personal data and cookies
See the Privacy notice and the Cookie policy of this site, and the privacy notice of each workshop for the data that workshop processes.
9. Changes, governing law
We may change these terms by publishing a new version with a new date; the change applies to use after its publication. Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court; consumers keep the right to turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection and to the court of their place of residence.
Date of this version: 07.10.2026.
