1. General
These terms govern the use of the website and services of Test Moto Center. By sending a booking you accept these terms.

2. Services
Test Moto Center services and repairs motorcycles and provides the related services described on this website. Appointment availability is confirmed by the workshop.
3. Bookings
- A booking is a request and becomes final once the workshop confirms it.
- The workshop may offer another time when the requested one is not free.
- Please tell us as early as possible if you cannot come.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices on the website are indicative; the final price is agreed after inspection or diagnosis.
- Extra work and parts beyond what was agreed are carried out only after your approval.
- Payment is due when the motorcycle is collected unless agreed otherwise. We issue an invoice or a receipt as the law requires.
5. Warranty
The work done and the parts fitted carry the warranty provided by applicable law. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, an accident or third-party intervention after collection.
6. Liability
Test Moto Center is liable under the general rules of the law. Liability for intent or gross negligence cannot be excluded or limited in advance (Article 94 of the Bulgarian Obligations and Contracts Act). These terms do not limit your rights as a consumer under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
7. Governing law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by agreement and, failing that, by the competent court. As a consumer you may also contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg).
