Test Moto Center is the controller of the personal data it collects through this website, when you book and when it services your motorcycle. This policy gives the information required by Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process

• Contact data: name, e-mail, phone.
• Motorcycle data: make, model, year, VIN, registration plate, odometer reading.
• Service data: bookings, service orders, approvals of extra work, invoices and payments.
• Technical data: IP address and browser data in the server logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Booking, repair and servicing, transport of the motorcycle (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, contract).
• Invoicing and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c), legal obligation).
• Website security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest).
• Service reminders and other messages you agreed to (Art. 6(1)(a), consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Messages by WhatsApp or Viber are sent through the UrbanMoto platform, so replying STOP to such a message withdraws your messaging consent for every workshop that uses the platform, not only for Test Moto Center.

4. Recipients

Your data is not sold and is not given to anyone for marketing. It is disclosed only to:

• SERVBG Ltd (СЕРВБГ ООД), the operator of the UrbanMoto platform (urbanmoto.eu), which runs this website and the booking system. The operator processes the data on our behalf as a processor under an Article 28 GDPR agreement.
• Public authorities where the law requires it (for example the tax authority), and our accountant.
• A roadside-recovery or transport partner, only when you request such a service and only the data that service needs.

The operator uses the following sub-processors, which process the data on our behalf:

• LeaseWeb Netherlands B.V.: Leased server hardware in a Netherlands data centre (web server, database and files of the platform), the server is operated by the operator (data: All data stored on the platform; location: NL, EEA, no transfer)
• Cloudflare, Inc.: CDN, TLS termination and DDoS protection in front of urbanmoto.eu (data: All HTTP traffic incl. IP addresses and page content; location: US, transfer under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses)

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as the purpose it was collected for requires. The data of a customer with a garage account is kept while the account exists and for 12 months after it is closed. The data of a customer without an account who has had no activity for 5 years is anonymised. Addresses in the history of sent messages are anonymised after 24 months, and IP addresses in the activity log after 12 months. The server access logs (IP address, browser, page requested) are kept for 15 days.
Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as the Bulgarian Accountancy Act requires.

6. Visit analytics

The website currently uses no analytics cookies and no visit-analytics service.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. To exercise your rights, contact us: [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

8. Is the data required

Contact and motorcycle data are needed to accept a booking and to perform the service; without them we cannot enter into the contract. Invoicing data is required by law.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
